We are delighted to announce that Svaja International has been approved to carry the 'Masters of Linen' hallmark. Masters of Linen is a European association representing only the best flax and linen specialists and is the hallmark of quality linen.

European linen is ethical, since the working conditions and salaries of workers growing and processing flax is regulated. Flax-growing in Europe (70% of production worldwide) is environmentally-friendly, thanks to the climate, soil and crop rotation which require very little fertilizer and pesticides, and doesn’t require any irrigation.

The hallmark assures the quality, production values and origins of the flax and is the mark of quality in Linens. The mark will be visible on all Svaja Linens with immediate effect.
